"It's about a 30 minute downhill walk into the main town but you can get the 22 tram which has a stop at the top of the hill to the left of the hotel."

The hotel is a former monastery I found this appealing. Petřín Gardens are only 50 meters away offering an excellent option for a walk. The restaurant has a pleasant terrace with the same view.

The bathroom needs a little updating.

Really good Stay Near the Castle

The location near the castle was very convenient (it was so close!). My room was spacious and clean. The staff were kind. I especially appreciated andrea's warm welcome and the introductory briefing. The nearby coffee shop was charming and convenient.

The parking explanation was a bit late, which caused a long search for parking. I eventually learned that the hotel has designated spots. A short explanation sent to customers beforehand could improve the arrival experience.

The staff was professional and available. They provided assistance. Andrea offered a very appreciated welcome and a briefing to the city. They were attentive to guest needs (like my bottle of wine!).

The rooms are clean and equipped to perfection. My room had a good view and a quiet atmosphere. Rooms feature comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms (the rooms seems recently renovated).

The staff offered help finding the place, even late at night (such kindness!). i even got a room upgrade. breakfast had so many options, with vegan and vegetarian choices available. the french toast was especially nice. the hotel's location worked well. It was just outside the historical center. i could easily reach many attractions, and it was a quiet spot.

the elevation could be a challenge for some to reach on foot.
