The tram stop right outside made getting around so easy. the breakfast blew my mind. I mean, a wide variety of foods is available! the room was super clean, and i really was like i was living large.

The gym equipment was a little antiquated. I mean, i still got a workout, but new machines would be great.

The location was satisfactory enough, with relatively easy access to nearby attractions.

The television in my room did not function properly. Its YouTube feature froze constantly. This made watching anything impossible at times. my phone was slow, due to poor wifi connection, ANNOYING.

The room felt stylish with carpet and large windows. i liked the room heating which kept the space cozy. pre-arrival messages from the reception were very helpful. They addressed my request for a specific room type. i felt that i received excellent service throughout my stay.

the air conditioning unit didn't work well making the room uncomfortably hot. i had difficulty sleeping because of this. also the shower didn't have strong pressure which was difficult given my long hair.

the mini bar prices seemed a bit high for simple drinks! otherwise everything was satisfactory.

The air conditioning was a HUGE problem. My room was so hot it was hard to sleep. The room only had a bath with a hand shower that lacked power. I did not like that, and would not stay again

the breakfast was lovely it offered a varied selection that started my days well the location was convenient a tram stop nearby made it easy to explore different parts of the city the staff were helpful they promptly addressed my needs.

the air conditioning was not effective the room remained too warm making it difficult to sleep the bathroom lacked power the shower did not provide adequate water pressure for a comfortable experience there was noise sometimes i could hear sounds from other parts of the hotel which was distracting.
