misleading advertisingtemperature settings

i wasn't happy about the room i got. the website showed rooms with monastery views also having access to a shared terrace, but my room didn't have that access. i felt misled as this detail isn't clear when you book. also, the room was warmer than i liked and i couldn't adjust the temperature.
