streetcar noisenon-functional ventilation
The streetcar noise was relentless. It was like the streetcar was ON TOP of the building. The noise really ruined any chance of a peaceful night's sleep. The ventilation in the kitchen was NOT functional either. There was a horrible smell coming from the kitchen from the ground floor.

i found the staff very friendly. adam checked me in and gave me all the information i needed. daily cleaning service of the apartment was a great bonus.
i noticed a horrible smell coming from the kitchen. the ventilation system wasn't working, worse.

The location worked great. It was close to many attractions with good public transport links. I liked the coffee machine. This was my third time staying here and I appreciate the location.
Trash came at 5am every morning right outside our window, it was very loud. The furnishings were tired and in need of updating. The bathroom smelled of sewage somewhat, it was not pleasant.

the location was excellent , perfect for exploring the city on foot. i found the late check-in instructions to be clear and easy to follow. the apartment had a washing machine and a well-equipped kitchenette, so i could handle laundry and prepare meals easily. the staff were helpful and provided an extra pillow upon request , showing great attention to detail.
i noticed a slight sewage smell in the bathroom at times , though it was not constant.

the apartment was quiet despite pubs and bars nearby. the central location near st nicholas church offered easy access to cafes and an exchange service. a tram station was just a short walk away. espresso capsules were replenished daily, something i found quite convenient.
the apartment gave out onto a central atrium. early morning next door's restaurant staff open up and no sleep is to be had.
