Each room includes an iPad, writing desk, flat screen LED TV, and Nespresso or Illy coffee machines. Select rooms provide views of the Royal Gardens, the street, or Prague's rooftops. Deluxe Rooms feature wooden floors, a king bed or two twin beds, and Renaissance-style furniture. Grand Deluxe Rooms offer additional space, a sitting area, and bathrooms with stand-up rain showers. The Tycho de Brahe Suite has a 16th-century hand-painted wooden ceiling and a Saffron bed. The Rudolf II Suite includes a living room, a Saffron bed made of natural materials, and Renaissance furniture.
Fine Dining Options
Terasa U Zlate studne, the hotel's top-floor restaurant, is run by Executive Chef Pavel Sapík and is located on the 4th floor. This restaurant, decorated in elements of the Renaissance era, features Czech and international cuisine and has been voted the "Best restaurant in the Czech Republic" annually. It includes two outside and one inside terraces. The restaurant offers access to a selection of vintage Champagnes paired with food. CODA Restaurant, at Aria Hotel Prague, features a menu prepared by Executive Chef Jan Kaplan.
Leisure and Relaxation
Guests can access the Royal Gardens through a private door between spring and autumn and listen to live concerts in the Baroque gardens below. The Atrium is a calm space with a replica of the Golden Well. A first-floor lounge offers free coffee and tea, along with wine, sweets, and snacks from 4 pm-6 pm daily. Aromatic oil baths are available for relaxation. Guests can choose from different kinds of pillows for rest.
Location and Access
Located in Mala Strana, the Golden Well is near Prague Castle, Charles Bridge, the Royal Gardens, St Nicholas Church, and Old Town Square. The hotel provides access to Malá Strana district. The landscapes are interspersed with Renaissance pieces by Italian Antonio Carneo. The structure of the house ascends the hill it's built on.

charmed by quiet luxury
french wine rooftop restaurant accommodating staff
I was impressed with the complimentary happy hour. It featured french wine and tasty cheese. the rooftop restaurant provided really good views during breakfast. i found the staff to be very helpful. They easily accommodated my requests.
The cobbled street leading to the hotel made walking with luggage a bit challenging. Though the location was worth it.

the hotel is situated on the western side of the vltava river. it is slightly removed from the busiest tourist areas, offering a quieter environment. access to the castle and charles bridge is very convenient from this spot.

helpful staff warm food dark room many steps
The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They provided useful suggestions for local restaurants. Breakfast included warm food such as pancakes and omelets. It also had fruit and cheeses.
The room was a bit dark. there were MANY steps everywhere. I did not see a bar to speak of. It was there but not a real gathering place.
