perfect stay
modern room elemis products comfortable bed helpful staff
the room was very clean and modern.. elemis products added a touch of luxury. beds and pillows offered great comfort. the staff were very friendly and helpful. i appreciated the proximity to the canary wharf tube.
the lift was a bit temperamental.

the receptionists were cute and very nice. staff offered cucumber water, a refreshing detail. the team accommodated requests politely and efficiently. their efforts were appreciated.

nice decor complimentary water comfy bed early check
The room had nice decorations. complimentary water was always available in the reception. The room also had a very comfy bed. The roof top bar were a highlight, and it had great service. allowed an early check in, it was very much appreciated.
The air conditioning made noise and i was not able to turn it off.

The hotel is close to a tube station, it made transportation simple. The area felt safe at all hours. This location offered easy access to many different parts of the city, it was convenient.

The breakfast were okay and offered a fair selection. I tasted the truffle nuts at the Sky bar, they were delicious. There is a chinese restaurant, and it had a range of dishes.

The staff is super kind, and they were very helpful. The receptionists were extremelly very nice. The team provides quick response to requests, it shows their dedication.
