the room included tea and coffee making facilities. this met my basic expectations.
I found the stained bedding unacceptable. The room was clean. the stains detracted from the overall impression and should be addressed with greater diligence.

the staff were lovely and friendly, they upgraded our room. the room was clean and quiet, i slept well. the owners were friendly and always available, made everything easier.
