the owners provided a warm welcome. they were helpful with directions and local information. the hotel's location is central. it offers convenient access to nearby attractions. the room was clean. the bed provided sufficient comfort.

the room décor looked dated. i noticed the wallpaper needed repair. the bathroom was small. the mini fridge was noisy.

Wonderful Hosts and Central Location

friendly owners perfect location great communication

The owners were friendly and accommodating. They offered advice about parking and places to eat. Communication was great, and the location is perfect. It is only minutes to the winter gardens and the houndshill shopping mall.

The mattress was thin and uncomfortable. I seemed like I was sleeping on a board. The springs had no use. This affected my sleep quality.

the location is amazing because it is so close to the town centre and various pubs. parking is available nearby, so that is super convenient. this makes getting around very easy.

Wonderful stay Near Winter Gardens

nice hosts perfect location effective communication free wifi

Vicky and Rory was the nicest hosts. I found them very cute. They provided good advice for parking and dining locations. Communication was effective. The premise was kept very clean. Location near Winter Gardens proved perfect. Free wifi was available. It worked well. I will come back again.

The mini fridge got a little noisy sometimes.

uncomfortable mattress dated room

the staff were nice, i guess.

The room was really dated, and the mattress seemed like sleeping on a board. I didnt sleep well at all. the springs were totally gone and offered zero support. i expected a better bed for what i paid.
