The location was great it was two minutes from the south prom. The room had everything i needed it was the perfect size. Breakfast was fantastic i had no rush to leave.

The decor seemed old fashioned i noticed damp in places. Cracks were visible in the walls. The toilet door was loose. The bathroom was also quite small.

i found the host to be lovely and were pretty good for us. i REALLY felt welcome throughout my stay. the room was very warm and clean. there was also a nice comfortable bed for good nights sleep.

the building need some tlc, that is it.

i found the location AMAZING because it was close to the beach. the hotel was also NEAR shops. the venue i went to was in walking distance. tram stop proximity proved very convenient.

i found the hotel very homely the staff were so polite and helpful. breakfast was a lovely treat too i really enjoyed it. i felt the location was perfect and made exploring the area easy.

the decor in the rooms felt a bit dated i noticed.
