Excellent Value and Cute Service

friendly staff early breakfast great location

The staff was friendly and helpful! I needed an earlier breakfast and they were really good too provide it so I didn't miss my early train. The location is great , just two minutes from the south prom.

great location perfect size awesome breakfast old fashioned decor visible damp small bathroom

The location was great it was two minutes from the south prom. The room had everything i needed it was the perfect size. Breakfast was fantastic i had no rush to leave.

The decor seemed old fashioned i noticed damp in places. Cracks were visible in the walls. The toilet door was loose. The bathroom was also quite small.

i was given an earlier breakfast. i didn't miss my early train because of it. the hotel was clean. it was well decorated throughout.

definitely recommend this place!

friendly host clean room comfortable bed warm atmosphere

i found the host to be lovely and were pretty good for us. i REALLY felt welcome throughout my stay. the room was very warm and clean. there was also a nice comfortable bed for good nights sleep.

the building need some tlc, that is it.

breakfasts were DELICIOUS with plenty of choice. there were lovely and clean areas to eat. breakfast included great mushrooms and a perfect egg for vegetarians. i HIGHLY recommend the food.

i found the location AMAZING because it was close to the beach. the hotel was also NEAR shops. the venue i went to was in walking distance. tram stop proximity proved very convenient.

i found the hotel very homely the staff were so polite and helpful. breakfast was a lovely treat too i really enjoyed it. i felt the location was perfect and made exploring the area easy.

the decor in the rooms felt a bit dated i noticed.
