adequate but disappointing experience

The room felt quite small, barely enough space to move around comfortably. i found the bathroom door difficult to close fully. the breakfast quality was underwhelming. The coffee wasn't good, and the variety was limited. i definitely expected better given the overall rating.

modern facilities comfortable bed

the modern facilities in my beautiful room were great. the room also had a comfortable bed. the location worked for me because it was near to the metro. i also appreciated that my bag could be stored until check in because i got there early.

my room was a tiny bit snug, but i was traveling alone so it wasnt a big problem.

the staff was helpful (i spoke with them multiple times).

i found the room to be far too small. opening my suitcase was impossible without completely blocking the doorway. i really struggled to move around in the space.

the breakfast had the essential items. the location was great, close to transportation. the room was clean and cleaning happened daily. i really liked the coffee at breakfast

The room felt small with unnecessary furniture. i found the pouf useless and it took up space. being pregnant i barely opened the washroom door since there was so little space. the shower door also had issues. It didn't close completely

the staff was really helpful with luggage storage before check-in, a great convenience. i found the rooms clean with comfortable beds and functional bathrooms. the breakfast was a good start to the day each morning.

Soundproofing could be improved. I could sometimes hear noise from adjacent rooms.

my room had a small balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying fresh air. the room included a kettle with tea and coffee making facilities and daily refills of bottled water were provided, which i greatly appreciated. the bathroom was modern and well-kept with fresh towels daily.

breakfast included fresh pastries, fruits, and a selection of cold cuts and cheeses. hot options were also available, such as scrambled eggs and bacon. the coffee machine provided a variety of coffee options including espresso and cappuccino and the breakfast area was well-kept and clean.

the hotel provided free wifi throughout the building, and i found the connection to be reliable. there is a 24-hour front desk available for assistance and the hotel offers luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out, a useful service. a lift gave access to all floors.
