Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
small room room allocation
The staff were professional and friendly.
The room was quite small. There was hardly space for two people to move around the bed. I noticed some guests had slightly larger rooms. I am unsure how room allocation occurs. This cramped space.

significant noise unsafe area
The reception offered complimentary cake and fruit. The lemon sponge cake stood out.
Noise from above was significant because of the older building. The area surrounding did not feel entirely secure. This was a concern. I found these aspects disappointing.

small room unfair choice
The breakfast was very good. The setting felt comfortable.
The room was way too small. There was not space for two people to walk around the bed. I noticed other guests got slightly larger rooms. I don't know how they made that choice. It seemed unfair.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay!
self-serve coffee amazing breakfast
I adored the self-serve coffee and tea available in the lounge area. The breakfast was amazing. I recommend the big, well-equipped bathroom and good beds. The room had everything I needed. I enjoyed the location and everything around it.
I found the noise from people walking around above was noticeable. It is an older building. This might be an issue for light sleepers.

The staff offered a cute drink upon arrival, a very nice touch. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk was very efficient with check-in and check-out processes.

Decent Stay with Minor Issues
friendly staff complimentary water neighborhood view noise issue missing fan broken lamp
The staff are super friendly and ready to help! I had many questions , and they were always patient. There are complimentary water and coffee everyday. That's a nice touch. My room had a balcony with a nice view of the neighborhood.
The noise from people walking around above me was pretty bad. It is an older building. My bathroom had no fan. I could hear other people in the hotel. A lamp next to the bed wasn't working.

the open reception and breakfast space worked wonderfully. i could use the space anytime to sit, read, have coffee, or use the honesty bar. breakfast was great each day with a wide range of choices. the staff were very friendly and helpful.
the noise from other guests walking around above was noticeable (i am a light sleeper).
