cramped room uninterested staff
i was so disappointed. the room felt smaller than i thought it would be, really cramped. the staff, they seemed a bit uninterested, didn't offer much help at check-in. i expected more from this place, it wasn't the relaxing stay i had hoped for. it just didn't meet my expectations, unfortunately.
