paper-thin wallsmissing iron
I was pretty frustrated with my stay. our room was small. the walls felt paper-thin. I could hear every little noise from the neighboring rooms. i also think that an iron and ironing board should be standard in a 4-star hotel, but apparently not here.

The hotel looked promising, but small details disappointed me. The room was not very clean. Dust was visible in plain sight. The furniture was old, beaten up. Half the electrical outlets didn't work, including those near the bed.

the staff were really great and very helpful. the hotel location is good, and the rooms are nicely decorated. i found the toilet and shower to be great (especially the showerhead!). the breakfast offered a large variety of options, including plant-based milk and fresh fruit.
bathrooms in rooms have a see-through window on the wall, even for twin rooms. i was told all of the rooms have the same bathroom.

the hotel is in a good location with convenient access to nearby supermarkets and restaurants. it is situated in a quiet area, with a quiet setting . this positioning allows for easy access to necessary amenities.

rooms are very nicely decorated and well-kept. the rooms include a tv, a mini bar and airconditioning. i had a balcony (i found it nice during the summer months to cool down).

the staff are very friendly and always willing to help. on arrival, the reception staff were very helpful and informative regarding the area and sights to see. they assist with any questions that may arise.
