loved this hotel!
really good view helpful staff
i enjoyed the spa. the view was really good from there. the staff were lovely and cute. i found the staff very helpful.
the room was close to the stairs, which caused a little noise during peak times. it wasn't too bad, but i noticed it.

the location is perfect. transit is nearby, you can walk to most attractions in the city center. it was also close to Alfama and the castle. i really enjoyed the convenience.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the welcome drink was a nice touch, i enjoyed it. escalators go down to nearby transportation and restaurants.
the stairs to access the hotel are steep. it cannot be accessed by car. i couldn't access the small spa area because it gets full quickly.

mixed feelings about the stay
constant noise thin floors
the breakfast was simple. it was consistently topped up during the morning.
apartment 7 was really noisy. i could hear constant walking back and forth from apartment 8 above. you could hear people going to the toilet, it was not soundproof.
