The front desk staff were very helpful. I appreciated the convenient location near the metro. Breakfast offered many options including very good juices.
The room was small. It was difficult to unload luggage in front of the building. Overpriced snacks and drinks took up fridge space.

i found the staff very nice at the front desk, very charmed by them. the breakfast had a great variety and good amount of food. the location was great, it was easy to get around. i did have a very nice room, and it was clean.
the street outside do get a bit noisy, it were tough to sleep sometimes.

The staff at the front desk spoke English. The room had air conditioning. I found bottled water available for purchase in the lobby vending machine.
