i found the reception areas clean. the staff was helpful and cute. my room was comfortable with everything i needed for a nice stay.

the check-in process took 24 minutes for one person. i really disliked the receptionist's response to my queries. they dared to ask for a 100 euro warranty deposit, in case we broke stuff or damaged the hotel, but i denied this request.
