Room options include Classic (22-23m2, Courtyard view), Superior (23-24m2, da Misericordia street view), Club (22-23m2, Street and Castelo de São Jorge view), Executive (29-30m2, Street or courtyard view; extra bed possible), and Suites (46-48m2, Street or courtyard view). Suites, located on the sixth floor, include private terraces with views of historic Lisbon. Rooms include shower or bathtub, individual air-conditioning, free WiFi, a 40" LCD TV, a safety deposit box, a coffee machine, and a mini bar. Baby cots are available upon request.
Drinks and dining
Carnal Gastrobar offers a menu of antijitos, tacos, quesadillas, los principales and los dulces, starting at 7pm. Breakfast can be taken on the private terrace of the very spacious rooms on the 6th floor. The Rooftop bar offers a panoramic view of Lisbon and is open from April to November (weather permitting), 3pm to midnight.

dark hallwayslittle variety
I stayed for several nights and the experience had some letdowns. The hotel design features very dark hallways. This darkness extended into the room, impacting simple activities, like applying makeup. I ended up doing it on the terrace. the breakfast was really disappointing considering the price I paid. There was very little variety.

The location suited my needs perfectly. Many shops and restaurants were located nearby. Praca Luis de Camoes is a short walk and it has several tram stops, including the famous tram 28. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. They were always available when I needed assistance.
The power in the room required a key insertion upon entry. The room would heat up during the day. It did cool down quickly once the air conditioning was running.

The hotel breakfast offered a nice selection and fresh pancakes. The automatic pancake maker was a nice touch. The breakfast staff was friendly and helpful, always replenishing the items.

The hotel had a rooftop bar that provided amazing views. It was super clean and modern. Susana at the front desk was amazing. She was very helpful and always smiling.

My room included a comfortable bed. The bathroom had a nice shower. The room was a good size. It was also very quiet, which I appreciated after a long day.

The hotel is situated in a great location. It is near many nice restaurants and bars. Rossio train station is about a six-minute walk. This made it easy to explore different parts of the city.

The street noise was a problem. My room faced the street, and I could hear noise late into the night (mostly cars). The staff did not address my concern adequately. the breakfast selection was basic and didn't justify the price. It lacked variety.
