i loved the super helpful staff working day and night they were amazing. the hotel's bar and restaurant were also really good adding to the overall great experience i had. housekeeping always ensured my room was super clean regardless of when i left which i appreciated so much.

during my stay, i noticed the air conditioning was quite low and not easily adjusted this impacted the room comfort slightly.

the location is fantastic near many major attractions it is great for walking. the hotel is situated on a quiet street making it easy to reach theaters and restaurants. public transportation is also nearby with tram and metro links.

the hotel's lobby and bar are cute and pleasant spaces . breakfast offers a decent selection making mornings easy and convenient. the staff are friendly and helpful always ready to assist with any needs or inquiries.
