fantastic experience

perfect locationgenuine hospitalitycomfortable bed

the front desk personnel showed genuine hospitality with thoughtful details. the location is perfectan easy stroll to many attractions (it reminded me of the city was at my doorstep!). my room included useful amenities. the bed was comfortable (i slept like a baby!).

the air conditioning only provided heating, making the room quite warm at times, especially when the weather was warmer than expected for this time of year.

the breakfast room is beautifully presented and features an very nice variety of food. it provided a feast not just for the taste buds, but also for the eyes. the cleanliness was noticeable throughout the premises.

the breakfast offered a great variety of items. the location of this place is excellent, near many attractions. the room size was generous, accommodating our needs well.

the air conditioning unit was set to heating, i found this made the room uncomfortably warm. the phone in the room was not working, i could not contact reception. a cockroach made an unwelcome appearance, i found it quite alarming.

the staff was friendly. the room was spacious. i especially liked the strong shower water pressure. breakfast was amazing and included many choices.

the room was a little dimly lit. i found this gave it a romantic feel. the building is old. the pipes can be heard from all floors and rooms.
