The staff was very friendly and helpful. the location is great. It is very central to many attractions. my room had a refrigerator, and i found that convenient. the breakfast room seemed spacious and stylish.

The staff were very helpful, offering useful advice about local travel. Staff booked a cab for me, ensuring timely arrival at the bus station. I received a lovely double bed in my single room, which was like a special upgrade. The central location was superb. Staff showed real concern after I tripped, providing wonderful care. I also appreciated the luggage storage service. It worked perfectly for my needs.

The receptionists were polite and helpful, always ready to assist. Breakfast staff were equally attentive. Cleaners maintained a high standard. I noticed they responded quickly to guest requests, doing their best to accommodate needs.
