great choice coffee variety spaciousness delicious breakfast ignored staff long waiting dinner seating long waiting order taking
i appreciated the cleanliness. the room was modern, and spaciousness was amazing. breakfast was delicious. the hotel provided a great choice of different coffees, teas and juices.
The staff ignored me as i walked in. it took 10 mins to get seated at the restaurant. after being seated, i waited another 10 mins for my order to be taken. I ended up leaving.

helpful staff coffee pods fresh pastries
the staff at the front desk was helpful with directions. i found daily refills of complimentary water and coffee pods. the breakfast included a good variety of fresh pastries and fruit.
the gym was a little small , and sometimes it was hard to find available equipment.

the staff assisted with luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out, which I appreciated. Room service was prompt , usually delivering orders within 30 minutes.

the hotel is near to two metro stations . There are several local shops and cafes within a five-minute walk from the front entrance.

I found the hotel staff very helpful and cute. The rooms provided ample space and the beds offered excellent comfort. Breakfast was always delicious with abundant options. I liked the variety of coffees, teas, and juices.

lovely and accommodating stay
friendly staff quick service
i found the reception desk staff very efficient and friendly. diogo at the bar was high level, speaking many languages, and offering quick service. the breakfast was amazing!!!

the double room was clean and well-kept i requested a takeaway breakfast for my early checkout it was very convenient the staff ensured everything was ready the hotel's proximity to anjos metro station simplified travel across the city
