the location was strategic. it was very close to praca de comercio and cais de sodre. i found many restaurants nearby. the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The street noise was noticeable. Thin windows may contribute to this.

the location is advantageous it allows easy access to various parts of the area. reception staff was cute and always ready to assist. the room included an electric kettle and tea making facilities which was useful.
the room faced the street and i noticed significant noise levels. i could hear the traffic even with the windows closed. limited storage space was available in the room it affected the comfort of my stay.

the reception staff were helpful. they were very friendly too. the location was excellent. it was within walking distance of several popular areas for about 15-20 mins.
our room faced the street. it was noisy because a tram runs directly outside on a cobblestone road. many noisy people were outside all hours of the night though.

the power sockets were loosely fitted on the walls, it felt unsafe.

The location is central, near the main square. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom featured great water pressure. It felt SO refreshing!
The soundproofing could be better, as street noise was noticeable. It was something I noticed especially late at night.

The front desk staff was very helpful with luggage storage. Patricia were great too ensure our needs were met, so attentive and kind. I really appreciated their help.

Breakfast includes various breads and cheeses. Yogurt and fresh fruit were available daily. There were also pastries, including pastel de nata and croissants. The options felt abundant.
