Acceptable, but Some Issues

constant noise ant problem

The staff was friendly and helpful when needed.

The room I had was not ideal. It faced the road. Cars passed close to the windows constantly, therefore sleeping was difficult, as the noise was too much, even with earplugs. I also found an ant in the bed.

the room was clean the bed was comfortable good breakfast too i enjoyed the setting i liked the decor in the common areas it felt very stylish the staff was helpful with directions and recommendations they made check-in very smooth

the elevator was a bit slow sometimes it caused a small delay

varied selection easy location friendly team

i found the breakfast amazing it had varied selections that covered different tastes i liked the location it was easy to get to the city center using bolt and uber. the team was very friendly i felt welcomed from the moment i arrived

i noticed some sounds from other rooms because the building is old

the outdoor dining area is beautiful there are free fruits and water available anytime the hotel offers a quiet atmosphere though it remains close to main attractions

the staff ensured the air conditioning was on in my room upon arrival they also promptly provided a hairdryer and ironing board i received a welcome drink that i had outside. they informed me about local restaurants

lovely staff spacious room nice area

the staff serving breakfast were lovely. i enjoyed the room it was spacious clean and quiet. i found the location was perfect it was in a nice area near lx factory.
