The staff was friendly and helpful when needed.

The room I had was not ideal. It faced the road. Cars passed close to the windows constantly, therefore sleeping was difficult, as the noise was too much, even with earplugs. I also found an ant in the bed.

the staff ensured the air conditioning was on in my room upon arrival they also promptly provided a hairdryer and ironing board i received a welcome drink that i had outside. they informed me about local restaurants
