The room i booked, the 'double room', felt smaller than advertised. Maneuvering around our suitcases was a challenge. the lack of space, impacting overall comfort. it almost felt claustrophobic.

the towels looked quite old they were clean but not white. i think a bedroom fridge should be standard for a hotel of this class.

i found the location super convenient! it was near the subway, really close to everything. so many restaurants were around, a real plus for easy dining. breakfast had tasty choices, the staff kept refilling everything, it was very good.

the towels seemed quite old, they were clean, but not white! i think a bedroom fridge is a must for a four star place.

The street outside was excessively noisy. i closed the windows, yet the noise persisted, interrupting sleep. the shower pressure was excessively high. I found it difficult to adjust and unpleasant to use. the air conditioning did not function . i reported this, however no solution was offered.

the breakfast had good options. fresh fruits were available daily. the hotel provided daily room cleaning. it was nice towels got changed.

the street outside got noisy often. the street noise was a problem because the windows let a lot of sound in. the noise made it hard to sleep. the bathroom had a strong urine odor when i arrive.
