The location was convenient enough. It was near several shops.

The noise levels were problematic. I could hear street noise late into the night. the room felt smaller than expected from the pictures. also, the shower drain was slow. Water pooled during each shower.

This hotel boasts a superb location, very close to key attractions. The staff were helpful, they provided prompt responses to all my requests. The room itself was very quiet and also featured a cute decor! I found the comfort of the bed particularly wonderful.

The shower design includes only a partially frosted section. This feature offered limited privacy for family members sharing the room. Head and shoulders are visible!

Excellent Stay in the Heart of Everything

The hotel enjoys a superb location. I found it very convenient for exploring nearby attractions. The staff ensured my requests were handled efficiently. I was particularly grateful for the quick resolution to a minor issue (it was sorted out in minutes!).

The sound insulation was not perfect. I could sometimes hear noise from neighboring rooms. This was occasionally disruptive, though not consistently so.

the hotel's location was a plus. i was very close to public transport. the reception was open 24/7, a big advantage. breakfast had many choices.

the shower is only partly private, a bit visible to family members. i didn't like that the building opposite had a club night. i feel we should have been warned about possible noise.

The reception team were very friendly. The Avenida metro station is close by. It made getting around the city easy. The hotel has complimentary coffee available 24 hours in the basement. It tasted very well. The room had everything I needed. The pillow options suited the weather. I slept well at night. The room was cozy.

The shower leaked throughout the night.
