king bed international channels coffee kettle

The room included a nice king bed. I saw the tv having many international channels. A kettle was also available along with tea and coffee.

The lift was sometimes slow.

air conditioning helpful staff broken fridge missing sugar

i enjoyed that the breakfast was included. the air conditioning worked wonderfully, it made the room temperature comfortable. staff members was helpful and quick to assist. i had a superior twin room, it was a nice space.

the fridge did not work at all. also, there was no place to hang my towels in the bathroom, that was not great. the coffee offered did not include any sugar. the bathroom could use some love.

convenient location public transportation clogged shower drain lacking cleanliness

the location was convenient it was close to public transportation

the cleanliness was certainly lacking i found several hairs in the bathroom and the shower drain was clogged this made showering unpleasant and I expected better for the price I paid the room overall felt not very clean

really good pillows amazing towels

The staff offered excellent recommendations for local spots, and they were always available. the pillows in my beautiful room were really good, i cannot deny it. They were so fluffy. but the towels were amazing!

the minibar wasn't restocked daily, slightly inconvenient. but it was very close to supermarket.
