broken lift rude receptionist

The room was clean, and fresh towels were available.

I was quite disappointed because the lift was out of service. I had to carry my luggage up to the fifth floor. the woman at reception wasn't very friendly after I paid. She seemed rude. I definitely didn't appreciate that.

clean room quiet atmosphere thoughtful items

The room was really clean with everything i needed. i appreciated the quiet atmosphere at night. they provide thoughtful items downstairs like sand buckets for kids. That was a nice touch.

the photo showed a bar with snacks but that wasn't actually available.

Fantastic Stay with a Sea View Room!

Our Family Room Sea View was big. The view overlooking the sea was excellent. Waking up each morning to it was great. The room decor was lovely. I admit that I loved it.

There was some noise from other guests early one morning.

The hotel location was perfect. I really liked that room was clean. It was nice there were plenty of coat hangers. I will return!

The lift didn't work so I used the stairs.

I liked the room as it was two rooms. I saw one double sleigh bed in one room. I could see two bunk beds in the other. They looked modern.

The owner was friendly, greeted me, and spoke to me. I noticed the thoughtfulness in the items downstairs, such as sand buckets for children. The bowls are provided for dogs also.

I enjoyed that the room had chairs. I had the perfect place for a cuppa each morning and night as the chairs where in front of the window. It was relaxing.

The location is great as it's on the sea front, I noticed the hotel was quiet. The room was bright and spacious. I really liked having a bath as I travelled with a toddler.
