okay stay, some issues noticed

small room unpleasant smell

the room given felt smaller, i think. a smell of cooking was noticable each morning, i did find this unpleasant. i suppose the room served its purpose, but some improvements could have been was good.

The staff were very friendly.

The room was much smaller than I expected. There was a very strong smell of cooking in the morning and it was not pleasant. It made it difficult to relax or get ready for the day.

the owners were lovely. i felt welcomed. the staff was also really polite and helpful.

breakfast runs from 8:30 to 9:30 the food is delicious it features several options it is a great way to start the day. i particularly enjoyed the freshly made toast it paired well with the eggs.

the hotel is a few minutes from the promenade it is a really easy walk. access to the central pier is easy from this location shops restaurants and attractions are all close.

the hotel provides a bar area with a pool table it offers a relaxed setting. families can enjoy some leisure time there is also parking on site which is a huge plus.

the owners were consistently happy smiling and ready to assist they were very good. they even saved a parking spot which was really kind this level of care is really good.

family bedrooms are quite spacious clean and also comfortable. tea coffee sugar and milk are available in the rooms additional supplies are readily available upon request this is very convenient.
