the room given felt smaller, i think. a smell of cooking was noticable each morning, i did find this unpleasant. i suppose the room served its purpose, but some improvements could have been was good.

the hotel is a few minutes from the promenade it is a really easy walk. access to the central pier is easy from this location shops restaurants and attractions are all close.

the hotel provides a bar area with a pool table it offers a relaxed setting. families can enjoy some leisure time there is also parking on site which is a huge plus.

the owners were consistently happy smiling and ready to assist they were very good. they even saved a parking spot which was really kind this level of care is really good.
