the lady at reception was amazing. she helped us a lot. we arrived early and she let us leave our bags while we went to the pleasure beach. i thought her response to rude guests was very professional. board games were available and a nippy customer did not ruin her day.

i paid a deposit on card, but i still have not received it back. i contacted them many times. i received no answer and the communication are shocking.

The reception was very cute. Our room was clean, and the beds and pillows was more comfortable then my bed at home. I have enjoy a hot shower. The location was ideal for walking to attractions.

Parking was stated, but I was told on arrival it is £10 and our car probably would not fit. The confirmation email says parking was charged so this was ok. We had to go find parking elsewhere because of the size of parking allocation. The room was freshly decorated with an overbearing smell of paint.
