surprisingly nice visit

the location suited me very well for pier visits. staff was very nice and always helpful. i was pleased with the cleanliness, the rooms were super clean. i even got fresh towels every day, unexpected!

the sink in the bathroom was a little small and it make it difficult to wash sometimes.

the hotel included a pool table, i saw many guests enjoy it. the bar was stocked with various drinks, the service was nice. also, the main areas looked reasonably decorated.

central pier was within walking distance, a short walk. this hotel its location is a great convenience. waterloo music bar was also quite close, so i was able to visit a few shows.

My standard double room had fresh bedding, that felt great. the towels were clean, the rooms look super clean to me. i was grateful for the wardrobe. It gave me ample space.

the staff was friendly enough, and the bar downstairs worked fine.

the room was not clean at all when i arrived. i found old food crumbs on the floor, and the bathroom mirror had smeared toothpaste. i also saw a broken light fixture with exposed wires. the tv didn't work either, so i couldn't even watch anything to distract myself.

the owners were really chatty and helpful it seems.

the room they gave me wasn't the same of the picture. i think i was put in a room much smaller and less ventilated. it was a real let down.

great bargames room

the new owners are super! they definitely make this place better like me. i am so glad it had a great bar and games room too. it was dope after a day out.
