lovely team accommodating team unlimited cereal stained carpet missing toilet roll filthy toilet bowl

the team was lovely. they were accommodating to anything i needed. the breakfast room provided unlimited cereal. tea and coffee were also unlimited.

the carpets were stained. there were no toilet rolls provided. the toilet bowl was also filthy. i found used tissues scattered around the room.

adequate stay near the promenade

sea promenade smoking area cosy atmosphere

The location was very convenient to get to the sea promenade. a smoking area in front offered a place to relax and watch seagulls. i liked the cosy atmosphere. I felt at home. the charming ambiance added to my experience.

The beds were not comfortable. I could feel the springs. it affected the quality of my sleep .

awesome beach stay

warm welcome ground floor room quiet hotel tasty breakfast

the hotel gave me a very warm welcome i received a ground floor room this made access easy the hotel was quiet i slept well each morning the breakfast had good variety and was tasty it set me up perfectly for the day. the tram stop is very close. the room included an ensuite shower plus a toilet. i found plenty of sockets for charging my gadgets.

the kettle wasn't in the best condition but i managed

mixed experience, some issues overshadowed positives

faulty shower subpar cleanliness

the breakfast was acceptable, providing basic options to start the day.

The room i was given was quite disappointing. the shower didn't work properly. It was difficult to get a consistent temperature. furthermore, the general cleanliness was subpar. I noticed some areas needing a deeper clean (i saw a stain on the carpet).
