the hotel gave me a very warm welcome i received a ground floor room this made access easy the hotel was quiet i slept well each morning the breakfast had good variety and was tasty it set me up perfectly for the day. the tram stop is very close. the room included an ensuite shower plus a toilet. i found plenty of sockets for charging my gadgets.

the kettle wasn't in the best condition but i managed

the breakfast was acceptable, providing basic options to start the day.

The room i was given was quite disappointing. the shower didn't work properly. It was difficult to get a consistent temperature. furthermore, the general cleanliness was subpar. I noticed some areas needing a deeper clean (i saw a stain on the carpet).
