Family rooms with city views and three beds are available, but they cannot accommodate an additional cot. One ground-floor room offers compliant en suite wet room for wheelchair access. Heating is usually switched on briefly in the morning and evening. Lighting in hallways operates on time lag switches. Garden furniture is available for use.

high cost faulty shower

the room was clean. clean white towels were available.

the cost felt high. the shower was not working properly. it only produced a trickle of water. this trickle switched from freezing cold to scolding hot without warning. parking should be included.

the location was great breakfast was also a nice touch

the shower wasn't great there wasn't any hand soap in the sink i saw brown residue from the dispenser my daughter tried to use also the silver shower caddies were rusty and the actual shower area needs a good bleaching

An Okay Stay, but Several Issues

parking problem outdated decor

The car park situation was frustrating. I paid for parking, though there was no space available on my second night, so I had to find parking elsewhere. the room felt quite outdated. The decor looked old, and the facilities seemed very basic.

The room was quite small, and it felt a bit cramped (especially after a long day). I also found that some of the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, which gave the room a slightly unkempt feel.

Decent Visit

friendly welcome tea coffee late breakfast faulty heating

Check in happened without a problem. The welcome I received was friendly too. The room was a Family Room Shower. I noted plenty of tea and coffee in the room.

The heating didnt come on but this got sorted very quick and it warmed up right away. Breakfast was late at 9.30 am. I think earlier would suit better.
