Great Location and Friendly Staff
central location helpful staff breakfast variety
I stayed for a few nights and really enjoyed how close it was to everything. The lady at reception was helpful and she gave me directions. Breakfast offered many options. I had croissants with fruit, a mini cheese, and juice.
The room was a bit too cold, I was like the heating needed adjustment.

The breakfast area had a nice selection of items. I saw a variety of fruits and pastries, along with a coffee machine , made different drinks. The area was clean and it looked like it was cared for.

wonderful experience
comfortable room perfect location
i booked a beautiful queen room. the hosts gave my children sweets. i found the location perfect with a very comfortable room.
the bed was not the most comfortable. i found springs digging into backs.

fantastic stay near winter gardens
convenient location prompt service satisfying breakfast warm room
the location was convenient, a short walk to key attractions. the staff promptly addressed a minor concern i had. breakfast offered a satisfying start to the day with good options. the room was very warm , much appreciated.
the bathroom fan did not seem to be working.

my beautiful queen room had ample space and a well-organised layout. the bed was supportive and comfortable. the room also included a useful desk and adequate storage. fresh towels were provided daily.

the hotel offers complimentary wi-fi throughout the premises. there is a comfortable lounge area . i noticed there was a luggage storage service available, a very useful feature. the reception area seemed well-kept.
