The room had a tv. It was a flat screen. the shower had good water pressure. It was consistent. the staff provided fresh towels each day, they were always available.

The hotel has a great CENTRAL location. I found it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. The area felt safe, EVEN at night. I appreciated the proximity to various restaurants and shops.

The bar area was bright, inviting, and nice. My room included an en-suite. The TV offered a good selection of Freeview channels. I found a kettle with coffee and tea available in the room

The staff were friendly and cute. I felt very welcomed upon arrival at check-in. The owners were helpful. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. The cleaning service was daily and efficient.

the hotel had a great central location. the staff were lovely and helpful with directions (always a plus).
i was told at check-in that the bar and common area would be closed for the duration of my stay. these facilities were unavailable and i was unable to use them. the room was very dated and needed a bit of refreshing.

The hotel staff were friendly. The location was central, near attractions. The room was clean and tidy.
The wifi signal was very BAD inside the room. I had to go outside for phone calls. The bar was closed more than it was open.

i stayed for a couple of nights recently i found the location quite convenient close to the promenade. the staff was friendly and helpful during check in. i had no major issues and would recommend this hotel to others
the bar was closed earlier than i expected i wished it stayed open a bit later
