super central location!

amazing service informative staff warm room clean room

tony and jessie provided amazing service! they were helpful and informative. everyone smiled and ensured i enjoyed my stay. the room was warm, clean, and had everything i needed.

The hotel is super close to attractions! i walked less than five minutes to the main sights. despite its central spot, it was quiet at night. It was very peaceful.

Really good Value and Convenient Location

I found the self check-in process very easy. The wifi signal was strong throughout my stay. The room felt warm. I appreciated the GREAT location and the cleanliness.

The building looked dated upon arrival, slightly disappointing, though the price was excellent.

i found the location convenient! the bedding felt clean and i appreciate the value for money. jess, the receptionist, provided excellent assistance. i was relieved when they kindly posted my daughter's jewelry back to me after she left it in the room (what a lifesaver!).

I noticed the milk sachets in our room were empty and placed upside down. This meant they weren't checked before our arrival, so we couldn't have coffee in the morning.

great value for money

great location comfy bed clean bathroom easy access

i stayed for several nights. the location and facilities were great for the price. i spent most of my time outside the hotel as i was on holiday, it was mainly just a place to sleep. i came back at night and watched tv with many channels, the beds were comfy and the bathroom was clean. the location was great, only a few minutes walk from the front, a bonus for travelling to the train and attractions!!! the lockable doors with the code was easy to use.

due to there being no staff, there isn't anyone to keep other guests in line. i happened to be in a room under a very drunk couple. they were screaming, shouting, arguing, crying and slamming doors, which continued for several hours into the night. this upset my children.

i did not eat at the hotel. i did notice several restaurants very close to the hotel. these offered many options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at reasonable prices.
