the couple was friendly and very helpful. the breakfast was tasty and quite generous. parking was simple on the street. the location had a tram stop very close.

the bathroom mirror lights did not worked. the bathroom had no heating so it was a little cold.

The shower in the room had inconsistent water temperature. It fluctuated from hot to cold without warning. this made it difficult to get a proper shower. also, the room was quite cold. The heating did not seem to be effective, even after i informed the staff. i found it hard to relax because of this.

I found the staff VERY helpful and friendly. The tea and coffee provided in the room were great. THE breakfast included fresh fruits and a traditional full English. It was excellent.
