surprisingly solid stay

spacious room convenient location free parking

My room was spacious and clean. the location suited my needs. the central line was a short walk away. i found the free parking outside really helpful as well. the room also included tea and coffee making facilities. I used them every morning.

the walls seemed a bit thin, i could hear some noise from other rooms.

The owner was quite friendly and accommodating. She allowed me to check out a bit later! this flexibility was much appreciated. plus, fresh towels and basic toiletries were provided, quite nice.

the location was near both leystonstone and wanstead stations, both on the central line. a tesco store was within walking distance, it was really helpful for grabbing essentials! the hotel is also near a garage with a shop, so convenient.

My room included a kettle and an iron, really convenient. the room had a bathroom with a sink, a toilet, and a shower. two bath towels and two hand towels were supplied. I found them more than adequate.

great location early check-in big room unusable shower stained walls ripped carpet

The location was great , near the stations. The room was large enough for what I needed. Checking in early was accommodated. This was a huge help for my schedule.

The shower was difficult to use. The water temperature fluctuated a lot. Stains marked the walls , which was not appealing. I noticed the carpet had rips in some spots , needing repair.
