clean room warm welcome renovated bar

The room was kept very clean. Staff offered a warm welcome. The bar downstairs had been beautifully renovated.

The windows did not keep much road traffic noise out.

easy access convenient bar clear signage

the location offered easy access to the o2 via a short bus ride. a bar downstairs added to the convenience. signage throughout the hotel was clear. the building was beautiful.

the room had uneven floorboards.

my room had basics needed. it also had a fan, helpful. the room was very clean, nicely decorated, and warm. the bed and pillows were comfortable and clean.

the staff was friendly, homely, and trustworthy. the staff helped us as we were feeling quite vulnerable. the checking-in process was quick and efficient. they even provided quite a lot of biscuits and hot drinks with a kettle.

A decent stay.

great location local travel info friendly staff road noise chilly drafts damaged furniture

The location is great. It has good access to bus routes! I found a booklet in the room with local travel info, especially to the O2, which I appreciated. The staff were friendly, helpful, and pleasant when I checked in. Made things easy.

The room was a bit noisy. All the road noise made it hard to sleep. The window didn't shut fully, and there were chilly drafts coming in. I saw some damage to the furniture, and the tap in the room seemed loose.
