The room size was nice. The air conditioning worked WELL. The restaurant accompanying the hotel looked nice. Many people looked more than satisfied. The menu prices also looked inviting.
The constant traffic noise was disruptive. The double glazing did not block the noise. There were no hand towels. Only bath towels were available. These bath towels were also small.

My Double Room Disability Access was such a sanctuary. It had everything I needed, I really do feel it. The shower was strong. The staff was friendly, so genuine.
The traffic, oh it was loud, it did keep me awake some nights. I did noticed my socks got dirty because of the carpet. And the room was cold, so sad.

the staff was helpful and very polite.
The room was quite small especially either side of the bed, i found this inconvenient. the plugs also wouldn't fully engage in the socket behind the counter. It seemed a bit hazardous. also, we had no hand towels, an odd oversight.

Fantastic stay near the stadium

My wife and i stayed for two nights, using the hotel as a base for a rock concert at the stadium. The lobby, restaurant and our room were spotlessly clean. We found the shower hot and powerful, and the bedding was soft. The air conditioning really helped after long days traveling around in high heat.
The heavy traffic noise disturbed my night. I wish i had known to ask for a room at the back. Maybe it would have been quieter.

Breakfast was very tasty. There was a good choice for vegetarians. Restaurant staff were very attentive, ALWAYS making sure everyone had what they needed. The restaurant also serves other meals, and the food is cooked fresh from order.

The room had basic, but more than adequate facilities. The bed was comfortable. Soft bedding was provided. Air conditioning was a benefit.
