the breakfast was very delicious. i really liked that there was good tea and coffee facilities in the room.
The bedroom was drab and in need of some new wallpaper. cobwebs was on the ceiling. It was not a good image.

i noticed some dust in corners, even in cupboards. ', electrical sockets are hidden behind furniture.

the breakfast was nicely cooked by Monica. the location seemed lovely. the woman at check-in was cute. she gave some help i needed for my trip.
the shared toilets work however repairs are needed. they look tired and need some work. the tv in the room felt tiny, it became more like a radio. seeing the screen was a pain because it was so small.

my room had some cleanliness issues with dust. the mirror was dusty! even some big surfaces were not very clean.

this hotel provided a convenient location near the stadium. i found the staff to be friendly, and the breakfast was available. the price was great for what i needed for this trip.
the redecorating work created noise and slight inconveniences. our room seemed overdue for a fresh coat of paint, which detracted from the otherwise clean environment. however, the overall value compensated for this minor issue.
