helpful staff private bathroom

The staff was helpful and fixed the TV setup immediately. I felt comfortable in the private room . It came with a bathroom and a large space.

I noticed the hotel is noisy , and you can hear other guests and outside sounds.

absent staff mildew smell

The staff was barely present. i needed something, and it took forever to find someone. the room felt smaller than advertised (maybe it was just me). there was also a weird smell in the bathroom. It smelled like old mildew. it definitely needs some airing out and a serious scrub. i'm pretty disappointed overall.

easy instruction outside bus air conditioning

the room had air conditioning and it was amazing. i found the instructions for the self check in easy to follow! the bus stop right outside was so useful for getting around the city quickly.

the walls are thin so you hear other guests, its not ideal.

Surprisingly good stay!

great location spacious room secure environment

The location was GREAT! bus stops were directly outside. There are two cafes downstairs too. The room size was good, I felt it spacious for a solo traveller. I appreciated that it felt very secure too.

I found a stain on one of the towels, though it was immediately replaced.

Bus stops are very close to the hotel, made commuting easy. There are some cafes located directly underneath, this is convenient for quick meals. The building's entrance felt secure.

Staff replaced my towel immediately after i noticed a stain. The staff were helpful providing directions when asked. I felt safe throughout my visit, this is a major plus for any solo traveler.

The single room provides enough space for one person. The beds are comfortable. Everything was nice and clean, the air conditioning was good, i did not have any complaints at all.
