friendly staff panoramic view

The staff were friendly and helpful. They were always available to assist with any questions. i liked having access to hot drinks and snacks. what a bonus. the roof terrace had a panoramic view. it was great. I spent a lot of time there.

The building is old. The walls are a bit thin.

the breakfast is delicious and has so many options. i tryed the pastel de nata every morning, it was really a treat! my room was super clean and big. the staff were so nice and helpful, especially denise she rocks!

the street outside is a little noisy but it didnt bother me too much.

breakfast is seriously the best part of the day, a huge selection of pastries is available, including pastel de nata. they also have savoury options and fresh fruit. the coffee is great, too.

the location is really convenient, close to everything. it is easy to walk to shops and restaurants. being on a hill means awesome views, but be ready for a little climb after dinner, its not that bad.

fresh juice city view

the breakfast included fresh orange juice and a 24-hour coffee machine for cappuccinos and lattes. our bedroom featured a city view!!!

The navigation led us through a steep and seemingly unsafe route initially. We discovered an easier way later.
