the entrance to the building was a little difficult to find initially, but i managed it!

This guesthouse is very close to the intendente metro station. That is less than a two minute walk. the famous 28 tram line also runs virtually next door. a supermarket and restaurants are nearby.

A kebab shop and bar are a few doors down from the guesthouse. This is very convenient. there are small options for dining and shopping in the immediate vicinity. slightly larger options exist a bit further away.

the rooms feature tv and air conditioning, very important to me. my room was also spacious with a fridge. the room was cleaned every day and always tidy!!!

the staff allowed me to store my bags. the guesthouse is located on the second floor, and access is gained via a keypad. i was able to leave my luggage securely after checkout.

noisy street

The street outside was quite noisy at night. Also the building smelled bad. It was noticeable as soon as I entered. The general cleanliness seemed okay, but the light switches were very dirty.
