amazing stay!
kind staff daily cleaning convenient location easy transport
the staff were very kind and helpful. my room was cleaned daily. the location is close to the metro station.
the entrance to the building was a little difficult to find initially, but i managed it!

This guesthouse is very close to the intendente metro station. That is less than a two minute walk. the famous 28 tram line also runs virtually next door. a supermarket and restaurants are nearby.

A kebab shop and bar are a few doors down from the guesthouse. This is very convenient. there are small options for dining and shopping in the immediate vicinity. slightly larger options exist a bit further away.

the rooms feature tv and air conditioning, very important to me. my room was also spacious with a fridge. the room was cleaned every day and always tidy!!!

the staff allowed me to store my bags. the guesthouse is located on the second floor, and access is gained via a keypad. i was able to leave my luggage securely after checkout.

helpful staff great location nearby supermarket
The staff allowed me to store my luggage after check-out, which i found very helpful. The location is also great , the metro station is nearby. I found many shops , cafes and a supermarket close to the hotel too.
The stairs were narrow and there was no elevator.

acceptable stay, some issues
The street outside was quite noisy at night. Also the building smelled bad. It was noticeable as soon as I entered. The general cleanliness seemed okay, but the light switches were very dirty.
