the room was cleaned daily. the location was fantastic. there was food and bars around it. i found vegan options nearby. the beds are comfy. the shower has good hot water. i liked how easy it was to walk to many places.

Our room was on the 4th floor. It was difficult to carry luggage. the room wasn't soundproof. i could hear the neighbors in rooms next to me.

i found cheap indian and asian restaurants nearby. i had a lidl supermarket not far from the place. i also noticed several cafes around the hotel for a quick breakfast or snack.

the hotel is in a bustling multicultural area. i found easy access to the metro. tram 28 is just behind the corner. grocery stores were very close, which helped with getting supplies.

the room had a big wardrobe with a mirror. the bed was comfortable. there was a shared mini-kitchen. it had all the basics needed for a short stay like mine.

the staff replied very fast to my questions. they were always ready to help. the self-check-in process was easy. instructions for access arrived via whatsapp. this made arrival smooth.

the location was excellent with the metro right outside. The accommodation was very clean and well maintained. communication with the personnel WAS easy.

the bathroom vent did not work! there were also some damp spots on the window frames.

I found the location very convenient with numerous cafes and shops nearby. check-in was smooth and efficient with a responsive host who assisted us promptly. the metro station is just a short walk away. I enjoyed my stay overall, especially given the reasonable price, cleanliness, and helpful service.

The online communication was not satisfactory. My message expressing dissatisfaction with the very small room received no response. there was no space for luggage, no chair, and no closet.

The room was very clean and spacious, and I found the bed comfortable. I appreciated all the amenities provided (including reliable Wi-Fi). The location is convenient, with easy access to the metro and several nice restaurants nearby. Staff was super friendly and always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had.
