The staff were very nice and approachable. The hotel location is near the city centre. It is just one bus and metro away from everything or a 15-minute walk. Breakfast is superb.

The air conditioning didn't work. It was VERY HOT. There was almost no lighting in the room. The only source of light were two wall lamps, they shone very dimly.

The location provided easy access to transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful. I found the breakfast selection good and varied. I appreciated the clean and well kept room (it's important!).

The cooling system in my room did not function as expected, so I opened the window for ventilation but external noise became intrusive.

The staff was amiable. The location provides easy access to the metro. The room was tidy every day! I found spare towels available too.

The air conditioner did not impact room temperature. It made a loud noise though. The room did not include an iron for clothes. I also noticed no kettles in the room, so coffee required leaving or paying for breakfast!
