unsafe area noise insulation

The staff changed towels every day. It was acceptable.

The surrounding area felt unsafe at night. i found the noise insulation lacking. Every footstep echoed. the absence of air conditioning was a real problem. The provided fan only stirred the hot air.

The staff let me keep my luggage after checking out, and I thought it was okay.

My room faced the street, and it got so noisy. The traffic never stopped, so it was hard to sleep, and it. I really think noise isolation is something they need to address.
