the location was good for my needs. staff was pleasant.

The air conditioning was ineffective. The room did not get cold. there was also an unpleasant plastic mattress protector on the bed (this made sleeping difficult). furthermore, i found no iron in the room and none were available to borrow.

I found the pillows on the bed quite uncomfortable. They seemed very flat! also, getting an iron for my clothes proved to be more difficult than i anticipated. the staff was friendly! but the wi-fi was slow. it could drop anytime.

the breakfast had many options. it included gluten-free choices, a welcome surprise. the rooftop plunge pools added fun under the sun. the staff was attentive.

The mattress was not of the best quality. It felt worn and could use replacement.
