i found the location convenient, near many shops and restaurants. the room was very clean and well kept, i loved the modern interior. it was easy to walk to many attractions from the hotel (i especially enjoyed the nearby cafes).

I experienced some noise from nearby restaurants in the evenings.

Amazing Central Stay

great balcony effective air-conditioning convenient storage

The room included a GREAT balcony and effective air-conditioning. I asked to store my luggage and staff provided a room with a code. I could pick it up when I was ready. It was VERY convenient!

The staircase to the room had 22 steps.

amazing location beautiful look out extra pillow fruit fly stone floor mold spot

the location was amazing, very easy to access the rest of the city. it was about 25 metres from a really beautiful look out. i asked for an extra pillow and staff were quick to respond and fulfill my ask.

there was a fruit fly issue in my room. i killed about 13 gnats while i was there. the stone floor of the shower did have spots of mold.

great location helpful staff clean room

i found the location excellent. staff nayla and anis were helpful. nayla changed my room when i told her i couldn't use the stairs because my leg was operated. my room was very clean, and i appreciated the swift response to my messages.

mixed feelings about the stay

small bathroom email communication

i found a couple of things disappointing. the bathroom was quite small. it was difficult to move around and i felt cramped. also, communication with the staff was only through email, i prefer in-person interactions to resolve issues quickly.
