i found the staff very helpful when i needed directions. the included breakfast offered a good start to the day. my room was clean (i appreciated this) and had everything i needed for my stay.

the shower door in my room didn't close properly. this caused water to spray out onto the bathroom floor. it made things a little slippery (i had to be careful).

a few issues encountered

small areapeeling headboard

the cooked breakfast wasn't very hot. the area for breakfast was also small, causing chaos when full. our room's headboard was peeling, and it occasionally fell onto the bed (which wasn't ideal).
