the location was EXCELLENT a short walk was required. staff were very helpful especially mr luis. the facilties in the hotel room were good it was clean.

there was noise at night i used earplugs. the rooms are easily the smallest i've stayed in. the breakfast room is very complicated to maneuver if there are several guests.

The location near Avenida da Liberdade was VERY convenient. Access to the metro made getting around simple. I found several restaurants nearby that were quite good. The staff provided helpful recommendations. Daily towel changes surprised me for a two-star place.

The breakfast room felt a bit cramped at times due to the number of guests present, made moving around slightly difficult, but it didn't impact the quality of the food.

The staff spoke good English and was very helpful at all times. Check-in was simple and quick. Taxis and Lime scooters were easily accessible right outside the hotel. THE staff felt communicative.
